Abbadia San Salvatore (SI), May 3, 2018
On May 3rd, IGG-CNR and Parco Museo Minerario di Abbadia San Salvatore present the monograph "Il vulcano di Monte Amiata" by Claudia Principe, Guido Lavorini, and Luigina Vezzoli. The volume, which describes in full and detailed terms the volcanology of this small Tuscan quaternary volcano, represents the conclusion of a project implemented by the Institute of Geosciences and Georisorse, within the LAMMA Consortium between Tuscany Region and CNR. The event will take place at Aula Magna of the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore “Amedeo Avogadro” in Abbadia San Salvatore (SI) - via Case Nuove, 27, beginning at 10.30.
