In the locality of Larderello the National Research Council (CNR) and Enel Green Power (EGP), organize a celebratory event on geothermal energy on the occasion of 200 years of geothermal industrial activity.
The event includes a conference - to be held on May 7, 2018, in the Research Area Auditorium of the CNR of Pisa (Via Moruzzi, 1 - 56124 Pisa) - and a visit to the site of Larderello which will take place on the day May 8, 2018.
During the conference - open to all interested parties - presentations and a round table will give the opportunity to discuss and explore the theme of the sustainable use of geothermal energy. The gala dinner - which will take place on the first day of the event as its conclusion - and the visit to the Larderello website, will be further opportunities for networking and comparisons on the theme of the event.
