Il Laboratorio a raggi-x dell’Istituto di Geoscienze e Georisorse è costituito da un Diffrattometro a raggi-X per polveri della Ditta Philips Modello PW 1877, munito di un microprocessore Philips Modello 3710. Sono in dotazione dell’apparecchio un tubo a raggi-X con anticatodo di Cu, ed uno con anticatodo di Fe. Campi di Applicazione:
Il laboratorio di diffrattometria esegue la determinazione qualitativa e quantitativa di fasi mineralogiche, di materiali da micro campioni, della natura di minerali argillosi, delle fasi minerali componenti calcoli umani o animali, della presenza di fasi asbestossiche in materiali con le seguenti metodologie:
